Project Coordinator – Career Opportunity

Linked Into Leads (LIL) has been experiencing rapid growth in the Vancouver Market. To keep up with client projects, we are looking for a Vancouver based ­ detailed, organized and driven Project Coordinator who is able to facilitate and manage large scale projects. This is a Part-­Time role with the potential of turning into a full time position. The LIL Project Coordinator will be responsible for the planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of all activities in accordance with the Linked Into Leads Service model. This position reports to the CEO.


  • Become familiar with the Linked Into Leads Service Model ­ Conduct market research on competitors and prospective clients
  • Implement and manage critical paths/milestones and monitoring mechanisms for the project
  • Ensure high quality and timely production of all deliverables
  • Oversee the work of the Trainers, Staff and Clients, including a thorough review of all documents prepared for the working group
  • Manage all meetings of the working group ­including preparing agendas, minutes and proposals
  • Serve as the primary contact and ensure appropriate liaison with the Trainer, Staff & the Client
  • Monitor budget timelines, tasks and goals within the Project Management System ­- Basecamp
  • Participate in presentations about the project to the board and to other key stakeholders as required
  • Work with the Online Reputation Strategist and Lead Generation Director to develop an integrated communications strategy for the project
  • Participate in staff team meetings and clients meetings

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1-­2 years experience in marketing or as a Project Coordinator
  • Excellent Communication skills (Verbal & Written)
  • Excellent Organizational skills (you will be the glue that keeps our client projects on time and budget)
  • Proficient with MAC & PC (browsing, market research, typing skills etc.)
  • University Degree in Marketing, Business etc is an asset
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Experience with document building (Word docs, spreadsheets, Google docs, etc.)
  • Knowledge of project management, CRM and email marketing software


  • You should be a self starter, able to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Access to your own computer and high speed internet

As a Project Coordinator, you will work with our executive team and will be in direct contact with our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring our client projects are on time and on budget. Candidates with experience in all these areas are preferred……but, we will teach you what you need to know to excel within our processes and systems.
